1. Punctuality. We promise to always be on time. If for some unexpected reason we are running late, we promise to let you know.
2. Quality lessons. We promise to tailor each lesson to the individual learners requirements. So if you are the nervous type, we will not rush you into situations until you feel ready and confident.
